Every structure at Baharini utilizes locally sourced coral rag stone, hand-plastered with natural lime and topped with thick makuti palm thatch. This ancient construction method allows our suites to breathe naturally, keeping interiors cool without relying exclusively on air conditioning.

Baharini is privileged to sit on a primary nesting beach for endangered Green and Hawksbill sea turtles.
Turtle Patrol & Hatchery
Our resident rangers patrol Baharini’s beach nightly during nesting season, protecting turtle nests from high tides and guiding hatchlings safely to the ocean.
Staghorn Reef Nursery
We maintain an offshore coral nursery where guests can join marine biologists in planting coral fragments on damaged reef structures.
Zero Single-Use Plastic
All drinking water is bottled in-house in reusable glass, amenities are 100% organic and biodegradable, and solar energy powers our water heaters.
